Section 1 - What Do We Do With Your Information

When you purchase something from whitespaceart.com, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We have a strict policy of not giving client details to any other organisations or third parties.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our gallery, new products and other updates.

Section 2 - Consent

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at info@whitespaceart.com.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Section 4 - Stripe

Our store uses the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, the Stripe API, and in conjunction, your Stripe account to process credit and debit card transactions for your White Space Art account. White Space Art is a “Partner Application” as defined in the Stripe Terms of Service.

By using White Space Art and agreeing to the White Space Art Terms of Service, You also agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service.

You expressly understand and agree that White Space Art shall not be liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through Your use of the Service. You expressly understand and agree that all payments and monetary transactions are handled by Stripe. You agree that White Space Art shall not be liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between You and any other party, including Stripe.

You are responsible for all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed through the Service and/or Stripe. White Space Art is not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with Your Stripe account. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason. If You process a transaction, it is Your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed.

You understand that White Space Art uses the Stripe API to run the Service and that the Stripe API is subject to change at any time and such changes may adversely affect the Service. You understand and agree to not hold White Space Art liable for any adverse affects that actions (whether intentional or unintentional) on the part of Stripe may cause to Your Stripe account, Your White Space Art account, or Your business.

You must not process stolen credit cards, or unauthorized credit cards through Stripe and/or Your White Space Art account.
